AirPouch Express 3 Void-Fill Packing System 

The AirPouch Express 3 tabletop void-fill system provides easy to use air pillows on-demand for fast, easy packing. The system operates in either semi-automatic or fully automatic modes, creating continuous strips of air pillows at speeds over 50 feet per minute. AirPouch air pillows feature our unique EZ-Tear™ Perforations, making pillow handling and separation much easier. In addition, the material feeds from a box, not a roll, reducing changeovers and operator lifting. Material storage space is minimal.

The AirPouch Express 3 is totally portable, weighing just 35 lbs. The small footprint frees up valuable warehouse space. There is no need for compressed air - simply load and start packing. A

variety of accessories and integrated system configurations are available for optimum productivity, making the Express 3 ideal for all void-fill applications, as well as many protective packing applications. In addition, the Express 3 is backed by Automated Packaging Systems’ reputation for quality and reliability.

AirPouch pillows are made from DuraClear™ film, a specially formulated linear low density polyethylene material that is durable and puncture resistant. AirPouch pillows offer superior seals and better air retention for improved yield and greater void-fill protection. The material and the equipment are system-matched for optimum performance and productivity.
